Most urns already include a steel plate, but do not include engraving. Please note that engraving your plaque takes approximately 1-3 business days to produce, so the urn and plaque will be shipped in separate packages.

We accept returns on products that have not been used. In the event that your urn arrives with a defect due to poor parcel treatment, the replacement is at our expense (it is necessary to send a photo of the urn and the damaged box by parcel). In the event of poor treatment by staff, the urn cannot be replaced free of charge.
